As COVID numbers continue to be a concern for the United States, we will continue to follow the precautionary measures per CDC guidance.

Face Masks

We recommend those who have not been vaccinated wear face coverings when transition throughout the space. We ask that everyone wash their hands regularly, sanitizer is provided on all tables for your use and we ask that you wipe down work surfaces, self-isolate if sick or living with someone sick, notify us for confidential contact tracing.

Collective615 will take the following steps to maintain a healthy work environment:

  • Provide hand sanitizers  in multiple locations

  • Encourage those not vaccinated wear face coverings when transition through-out the space

  • Remind members and visitors to wash hands regularly

  • Perform routine cleaning and disinfection

  • Require employees to follow CDC guidelines in carrying out responsibilities

Controlling Contact

Temperature: Call your physician if it is elevated (over 100 degrees). If you have a temperature over 99.5°, do not enter the workspace and seek appropriate medical treatment.

Wear Masks: We recommend those choosing not to vaccinate wear face coverings when transitioning throughout the space.

Regularly Wash Your Hands: Collective615 members are required to wash their hands upon entry into the workspace. The CDC recommends washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use hand sanitizer. 

Wipe Work Surfaces Regularly: Collective615 recommends that members use provided disinfectant spray to wipe surfaces they come in contact with. 

Stay Home: Collective615 members who are feeling sick or live with someone who is sick, whether diagnosed with COVID-19 or not, are prohibited from entering Collective615’s workspace and are advised to stay at home.

Self-isolate at your residence if you test positive or experience common symptoms.

Quarantine yourself if you have been in close contact with someone who tests positive or has COVID symptoms.

Contact Tracing: Contact a Collective615 community manager if you quarantine or self-isolate so that contact tracing of close contacts may be conducted. Your identity will remain confidential.

Collective615's Response Plan

As recommended by the Center for Disease Control, Collective615 has developed rules and procedures for members and guests to follow in situations where possible transmission or exposure to COVID-19 has occurred.

In particular, members or guests who have symptoms of COVID-19, suspect that they may have the virus, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have had close contact with a person with symptoms of or who has been diagnosed with the virus, please follow the below procedures:

  1. Do not enter the Collective615 workspace.
  2. Notify colleagues, with whom you work closely, of the possible exposure or transmission of the virus so that they may seek proper treatment and take recommended precautions.
  3. Inform a Collective615 community manager so that additional cleaning procedures may be performed and contact tracing conducted. Your identity will be kept confidential.
  4. Consult with your healthcare provider on treatment and testing options.
  5. Practice home isolation as recommended by the CDC and your health care provider.
  6. Re-enter the Collective615 workspace only after the self-quarantine or self-isolation period ends.

Collective615 management will continue to monitor and make operational decisions based on CDC guidance and other governmental recommendations and mandates.
